POLICY

 

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
  2. Returns will only be accepted if goods are faulty or for exchange of size.
  3. Either email us at alex@fireflyonline.com.au or call us on (61) 02 96 999 848 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require exchange or refund.
  4. An Online Store Returns Form is available to download and print. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
  5. We can only exchange items for a different size of style purchased. When requesting a RA Number, please specify the size you require. If we are unable to supply you with that size we will issue you with a refund.
  6. Returning goods, please enclose a) the completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and b) your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from the Firefly stockists. Goods will only be received with a valid Online Store Returns From and RA number.

  1. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.

Important Information:

  1. We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Faulty items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
  2. We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that, if required, exchange or return can be actioned by you within the required 10 day period from purchase.
  3. Shoes: Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
