SHIPPING INFORMATION

Within Australia

For all Australian orders we use Australia Post Express parcels. This service provides us with a tracking number which ensures your parcel will be delivered safely.

Shipments to metropolitan areas are guaranteed an overnight /next business day delivery. For regional areas delivery is between 2 to 5 business days. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We have two sizes of Australia Post Express satchel available for you. Large Express satchels are used for 4 garments at a cost of A$12. For smaller orders a 500g Express satchel will be used at a cost of A$10. We will endeavour to use the least expensive method at all times.


International

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Airmail. This service provides us with a tracking number which ensures your parcel will be delivered safely.

The delivery time is generally between 5 to 15 business days. There are many variables in the calculation of international freight so we may need extra time in processing your order and shipping.
There are many countries that charge customs or import duty fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you determine your own country’s import duties from your local customs office to determine if it is applicable.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar A$ currency.

To comply with Federal laws if you are within Australia the prices shown are GST inclusive. The final invoiced amount includes 10% GST on the products purchased.

International shipping destinations do not incur GST and therefore the prices shown are exclusive of GST (sales tax). The final invoiced amount is GST free.

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
